Hotel Zelos San Francisco / Brand Identity

Updated branding for a hotel located in a beautiful historic building called for a bold and eclectic logo. The hotel has striking modern art in every guest room, a lively restaurant and bar, and cool indoor/outdoor spaces. We designed a logo mark based on a customized letter form that’s both strong and a bit whimsical, that speaks to the urban feel of a fantastic city. Even though the client ultimately chose another logo option, we’re still fond of this solution.
